Most ammuntion is sold by the box, unless otherwised indicated in the item title and description. Some select shotgun shells are only sold by the case quantities.
At this time we are not accepting back orders for out of stock items, but you can request to be emailed when the item comes back in stock by entering your email on the out-of-stock product's page.
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. We do not offer Paypal as a form of payment due to their policy restrictions.
After you complete your purchase, a confirmation page will be displayed with your web order number and order information. We'll also email a confirmation to you, so be sure to enter your correct email address when placing an order.
You can check the status of your shipment by first logging into your account. Once you're logged in, click on "My Account" and then "View the orders I have made". The status will indicate "Order Shipped" once your order has shipped. Select "view" to see additonal information and tracking regarding your order.
Orders are processed immediately and sent electronically to our warehouse. We are not able to cancel or add items to your order once submitted.
Due to government and shipping regulations, we only accept and ship orders within the United States. We do not accept or ship orders to U.S. territories or other countries

Ammo Freedom is an online internet company allowing customers to shop anytime from the comfort of their home. To offer a wide variety of items and competitive prices, we do not have a retail store.
We only charge sales tax when shipping to a location within our same state of Texas.

We sell too many products, making it's quite a task to get pictures for all of them. However, we continue to strive to update products and ensure they are as accurate as possible.
Yes. Credit card information is only "passed through" our web site via data encrypted (https) connection. We do not store any card numbers or other sensitive information on our servers, only basic billing and shipping information.
Do to some items and state restrictions some shipping options may not be available upon checkout. For example, ammunition cannot ship via Air Service unless classified as Hazmat. This classification requires additional paper work and shipping charges that we do not offer at this time.
Unfortunately we do not offer free shipping on a regular basis, but we do run promotions from time-to-time offering additional discounts or free shipping. We believe our selections of items and pricing is very competitive for our market.
At this time, we cannot ship ammunition to Alaska or Hawaii
Unfortunately, we have limited staff and are not set up to accommodate pickups at our warehouse. The only way to receive an order from us is to have it shipped to your location.
Yes. Customers must provide a copy of their current valid state photo ID. In addition, to one of following valid permits: Handgun Permit, Eligibility Certificate for Handgun or Longgun, or Ammunition Certificate. We cannot accept any documents with illegible information, all information must be intact. Orders will be processed when the sufficient documents are submitted and received. Yes. Firearms/Ammunition Purchaser ID Card (FID) must accompany first-time orders for handgun and rifle ammunition. We cannot accept any documents with illegible information, all information must be intact. Orders will be processed when the sufficient documents are submitted and received. Yes. We ship ammunition orders only to valid Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealers or NY State licensed re-sellers of ammunition. To purchase ammunition, email sales@ammofreedom.com a valid copy of the dealer's current FFL license. Once we have received the necessary documents, continue to checkout process, using the Shipping Information of the FFL dealer. The order is not committed until all valid documents have been received. No direct consumer sales of ammunition.
No ammunition sales allowed to Massachusetts.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification by end-of-day containing the tracking number(s) for your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for the shipping carrier to update the tracking information on their website.
Normally, we do not match competitor pricing. We believe our selections of items and pricing is very competitive for our market. You may send us a price match request, including desired quantity and price, along with competitior's pricing, availability and fees (including shipping), and we may offer to match their total price, but cannot make any guarantees. We can try to locate the item from one of our distributors. Send an email to sales@ammofreedom.com. Include the item's manufacturer's number, UPC and description of the item. If we can supply what you are looking for we will provide you a quote.

Most items ship within 1-2 business days, if the order is placed before 12 CST. Depending on your order, items may ship from multiple location and may arrive over a period of days to receive your complete order.
