When you first create an account online you are sent an email confirmation to verify your email address for Ammo Freedom. Once you have received the Account Verification email from Ammo Freedom. Open the email message and click the Activation Link inside. Once confirmed, your account will be unlocked to access the website and complete purchases. Otherwise your account will remail locked.
Due to availability, we are continuously adding and removing items. You can sign-up for an email alert on a particualr item page to notify you when an item is back in-stock by simply clicking on the "Get In-Stock Alert" button for an out-of-stock item.
Normally, we do not match competitor pricing. We believe our selections of items and pricing is very competitive for our market. You may send us a price match request, including desired quantity and price, along with competitior's pricing, availability and fees (including shipping), and we may offer to match their total price, but cannot make any guarantees. At this time we are not accepting back orders for out of stock items, but you can request to be emailed when the item comes back in stock by entering your email on the out-of-stock product's page.
Most items ship within 2-5 business days, if the order is placed before 12 CST. Depending on your order, items may ship from multiple location and may arrive over a period of days to receive your complete order.
Most ammuntion is sold by the box, unless otherwised indicated in the item title and description. Some select shotgun shells are only sold by the case quantities.
If you see an Add to Cart icon, then the item is currently in-stock and available for purchase. Our checkout system will not allow you to purchase more than the available quantity.
Our inventory system is updated with our warehouses in near real-time and reflects whats items are In-Stock at the moment. In rare cases, an item may go Out-of-Stock or below the available quantity level on your ordered before your order has reached our warehouse for review. If there is an item shortage on your order, we will first try to fulfill the order from another warehouse. If we are unable to fulfill the complete order, your order may be adjusted to available quantity on-hand. Other options may include a partial or a full refund of the item, a substitution of a similar item, item quantity removal/reduction, or change to your existing order. Once an item is Out-of-Stock, the Add to Cart icon will no longer be available.
We sell too many products, making it's quite a task to get pictures for all of them. However, we continue to strive to update products and ensure they are as accurate as possible.

Due to fraudulent activity, we no longer accept phone orders. All orders must be placed online. If your billing and shipping address do not match, additional documents may be requested for verification.
We only charge sales tax to Texas residents or if the shipping destination is within our same state of Texas. If you are a business that purchases items for resale, you may be exempt from paying sales tax on those items. First create a user account, and then email us a copy of your sale tax permit / tax exempt documents so we can approve and update your account.
Ammo Freedom is an online internet company allowing customers to shop anytime from the comfort of their home. To offer a wide variety of items and competitive prices, we do not have a retail store open to the public at this time.
We appreciate the service of our Law Enforcement and Military personnel. At this time, our prices are already discounted to offer any additional savings. We continuously monitor our available inventory and pricing to remain competitive. We do run several newsletters and email promotions throughout the year. We believe our selection, availability and pricing is very competitive for the online market. At this time, we are not offering any additional discounts.

Orders are processed immediately and sent electronically to our warehouse. We are not able to cancel or add items to your order once submitted.
After you complete your purchase, a confirmation page will be displayed with your web order number and order information. We'll also send an email a order confirmation to you to confirm your order. Be sure to enter your correct email address when placing an order.
You can check the status of your shipment by first logging into your account. Once you're logged in, click on "My Account" and then "View the orders I have made". The status will indicate "Order Shipped" once your order has shipped. Select "view" to see additonal information and tracking regarding your order.

Yes. Credit card information is only "passed through" our web site via data encrypted (https) connection. We do not store any card numbers or other sensitive information on our servers, only basic billing and shipping information.
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. When you fill out the payment information on your order you will need to provide the complete credit card number, expiration date, credit card security code, and the full name of the person the card is issued to. We currently do not accpet Paypal, cryptocurrency or wire transfers as a form of payment due to their policy restrictions.
Ammo Freedom does not have a retail store open to the public at this time, therefore we are unable offer local pick-up. Our warehouse is dedcated to shipping and receiving and is not setup for retail services.
Unfortunately, we have limited staff and are not set up to accommodate pickups at our warehouse. The only way to receive an order from us is to have it shipped to your location.

All ammunition must ship via Ground Service. This means we do not ship ammunition to Alaska or Hawaii. This is not a law, but our choice not to sell ammunition to these areas at this time.

Ammo Freedom is able to ship ammunition to Connecticut as long as the Customer complies with follows the requirements to purchase ammo online:

  • If you have not already done so, a first-time Customer must provide a valid and non-expired copy of their government issued photo ID.
  • In addition, to the photo ID the Customer must also provide one of following valid permits: Handgun Permit, Eligibility Certificate for Handgun or Long gun, or Ammunition Certificate issued under Connecticut law.
  • We cannot accept any documents with illegible information. All information must be intact.
  • Orders will be processed when the sufficient documents are submitted and received.  Ammo can only be shipped to an address on one of these two documents.

  • If you have not already done so, a first-time Customer must provide a valid and non-expired copy of their government issued photo ID.
  • In addition, to the photo ID the Customer must also provide a copy of their Firearm Owner Identification Card (FOID) under Illinois law.
  • We cannot accept any documents with illegible information. All information must be intact.

It is the responsibility of the Customer to know and be in compliance with all applicable federal, state, county, city, local laws regarding their ammunition purchase. However, New Jersey does provide an exception for select shotgun gauge ammunition (12 Gauge and 20 Gauge). Ammo Freedom is able to ship ammunition to New Jersey as long as the customer complies with the following requirements to purchase ammo online:

  • If you have not already done so, first-time customers must provide a valid and non-expired copy of their Firearms Purchaser ID Card (FID), or Handgun Purchase Permit or LTC Handgun Permit for the purchase of handgun and rifle ammunition.
  • We cannot accept any documents with illegible information. All information must be intact.
  • Ammo can only be shipped to an address on these documents.

Due to government and shipping regulations, we only accept and ship orders within the United States. We do not accept or ship orders to U.S. territories or other countries
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification by end-of-day containing the tracking number(s) for your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for the shipping carrier to update the tracking information on their website.
You can simply get an estimated shipping total by adding items to your shopping cart and having the system estimate the shipping rate. Shipping insurance and signature options are not included in the estimated shipping rate. Follow these easy steps:

Our primary shipping carrier is FedEx Ground. UPS Ground may be allowed upon request in the Comments section during checkout. We recommend adding Insurance and Signature to your order to add an extra layer of protection. FedEx and UPS can ONLY deliver to a physical street address. All ammunition MUST be shipped ground. Ammunition cannot be delivered to USPS PO Boxes.
Do to some items and state restrictions some shipping options may not be available upon checkout. For example, ammunition cannot ship via Air Service unless classified as Hazmat. This classification requires additional paper work and shipping charges that we do not offer at this time.
